What is ISOBUS?
The ISOBUS protocol results from an agreement between the leading agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturers to solve or reduce compatibility problems by standardising communication among different implements, regardless of the manufacturer.
ISOBUS is a standard protocol that allows farmers to manage the communication between major manufacturers’ tractors, software, and equipment.
A single control console in a tractor can use a universal language to communicate between all equipment, for example, a tractor, spreader and applicator.
ISOBUS allows farmers to choose the best machine for the job without fear of communication incompatibility, and only one screen is required to control your selected equipment!

New Product Feature - ISOPOD Dashboard
Many ISOBUS virtual terminals are limited and make updates or data access unnecessarily difficult. Without file server capability, users often need extra screens just to complete basic tasks.
SmartAG Systems solves this with the ISOPOD Dashboard, enabling fast wireless updates, data transfer and setup directly from a smartphone or tablet. Designed to improve serviceability and ease of use for both OEMs and operators.

How to Use the ISOPOD Dashboard
Step 1 - Download the Update
Go to SmartAG Support Page and download the latest ISOPOD software to your phone or tablet.
Step 2 - Connect to ISOPOD WiFi
Turn on the ISOPOD and connect to its WiFi network using your device. Select the ISOPOD serial number from the WiFi list.

Step 3 - Open the Dashboard
In your browser, enter the code 192.168.42.1 to launch the ISOPOD Dashboard.
Step 4 - Choose the File
Once Dashboard is open, click Choose File and select the software file you downloaded earlier.
Step 5 - Update the Software
Press Update Software to begin the upload and install process. Once complete, the ISOPOD will restart with the updated software.
Note: any A-ISOPOD-B, once updated to software version 1.9 Build XX or above will then be capable of using this feature.
